Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1.5 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar, until light and fluffy
    8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
  • Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a creamy texture.
    1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Carefully fold in the fresh berries. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
